PRESOLICIATION NOTICE

Various activities in Colorado area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Milk and Dairy products beginning January 8, 2017, ending January 5, 2020. Activities will include customers for the following: Colorado. Contract period will be 36 months and this is an unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 15.101-2 Price Only. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately October 20, 2016. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number F13PS00334. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting but is done so for supplement information and shall be used for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-61B, effective October 15, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 445110, Supermarkets and Other Grocery (except Convenience) Stores and the business size standard is $30 million. This requirement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement.
